Turns out Naruto is much more popular than I thought! The list that Boing Boing dropped also leads to the 1op 100 and beyond. The massive list is currently being archived by Wikicharts, and it lets you do all sorts of neat things. Not only does it work for Wilkipedia, but a whole host of other Wiki's on various topics and languages.
